YOU ARE:

• Mid-Senior IT recruiter, savvy in all recruitment stages- from candidates sourcing to closing the candidate and client management
• Have great networking within the local IT community — architects, CTOs, tech leads, developers, etc
• Have proven record of personal closings of high level IT positions — being capable to make at least 3 closings per month
• Have great interpersonal skills- candidates, clients, and colleagues basically adore you
• Your personal motto is that there is no position you cannot close.
• You believe that professional recruiting is about soft skills, deep analysis, availability, and not only luck and long hours.
• Good English level
